At LARA, we take pride in crafting high-quality garments made to order, supporting slow fashion and sustainability by reducing waste and avoiding dead stock. We encourage all customers to shop and if we give a refund it will be authorized to your store credit account. Please carefully review our policy below to ensure you are making a confident purchase.

Exchange Policy

  • Size Exchange Only: If the size of your order isn’t right, you have 14 days to exchange your item and send your original order back to us.
  • Contact Us: To request an exchange, please email info@dressinlara.com with your order number and an image showing the security ribbons still attached.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for exchanges, including any international shipping fees or taxes.

Exchange Eligibility:

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original condition with all security ribbons still attached.
  • You must initiate the exchange process by emailing us at info@dressinlara.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

For all international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

LARA has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount that may be applied by local customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed at checkout unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred upon arrival in their country.

Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges does not qualify an order for a refund. Orders refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be eligible for a cash refund. Any resolution offered, including store credit, will be at the sole discretion of LARA and in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office before placing an order if they require further information regarding potential import charges.
